There are three ways short of buying your own piece of waterfront….  access at the public dock deeded to the city in the 1990′s, Lake Forest Park Civic Club Homes, or the Sheridan Beach Community Club Homes. 

All three waterfront access areas have their own perks, but Lake Forest Park waterfront beach rights through either the Civic Club or the Sheridan Beach Community Club are very desirable.

The Sheridan Beach Community Club is a shared waterfront beach club centered around life on the waters of Lake Washington as well as the on site pool open during the season (parts of May through parts of September)  (Swim Club).
