Lake Forest Park Real Estate:  It has been almost a month since our last Lake Forest Park real estate update, so we wanted to go ahead and get the latest numbers out there for you -

Gorgeous sandy beach of Lake Forest Park waterfront home on Shore Drive NE.

Currently there are 74 Active Lake Forest Park homes for sale in the MLS.  They range in price from $239,940 to $1,499,900 with a median of $493,811 and average days on market of 89 days.

Pending Inspection Lake Forest Park MLS Listings – There are 2 Lake Forest Park homes for sale that have offers subject to inspection right now – The are both priced in the low $300k range with a median price of $316,200 and average days on market of 69 days.   In addition, there are 3 Lake Forest Park homes for sale that are marked Pending – Back UP requested.  These range in price from $299,000 to $1,450,000 for a Lake Forest Park waterfront home on Beach Drive.

There are 11 Lake Forest Park properties that are pending in the MLS waiting to close.  They are in escrow and past any other contingencies for the most part.  These range in price from $310,000 to $675,000 with a median price of $474,500 and average days on market of 89.
